Glasgow Associaiton for Mental Health (GAMH) is an independent charity register in Scotland.  We promote the mental health and well being of people and their communties; providing more than 2000 hours of community based support every week to people in Glasgow.  The services and opportunities for people who are recovering from mental health problems includes: home support, day activities, carers support groups, building skills groups. Volunteer befriending scheme, housing support service and specialist homeless support. Additionally, GAMH support people with a variety of social and practical needs such as housing, welfare issues and financial inclusion as many people with mental health issues have difficulties accessing appropriate resources.

This service is available to everyone living or working in Glasgow.

Opening Hours

Monday to Thursday: 9am - 5pm

Friday 9am - 4.30pm
